This blueberry banana smoothie only requires 6 simple ingredients and makes a good breakfast on-the-go or snack.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe Banana cut in inch piece (Best frozen for creamy texture)
- ½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Milk or Almond Milk
- 1 pinch salt (Helps bring out the sweetness and flavor in the fruit)
- 3-4 ice cubes

- Place all items in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
